Avocado Pulp
DEFINITION
This product is obtained from the fruit of the Hass avocado tree. It
is properly planted and harvested, free of foreign materials, and
enhanced with natural antioxidants.
PACKAGING
Packaging materials offer high resistance to puncture and impact,
and are also inert and safe with a high barrier. The product is
packed using either a high-vacuum system or gas injection
(nitrogen), both of which ensure that the product does not oxidize
and preserves its flavor and color properties.

EVOH/PET co-extruded multi-layer based on transparent polyolefin with high resistance to mechanical work.

SHELF LIFE
Two years in a frozen state at 0°F (-18°C)
INSTRUCTIONS
You can keep it refrigerated at 36-46°F (2-8°C) for 8-20 hours (depending on exposure). Store the unused portion in the bag (properly protected from the open area to prevent oxidation) for 3-5 days at 41°F (5°C). Do not refreeze.
ADVANTAGES
- No oxidation for up to 5 hours.
- 1 kg of net product is provided, delivering only the avocado
pulp and avoiding any waste, such as peel, seed, and loss
from bruising. - Shelf Life: 2 years frozen at -18°C (0°F).
- Once the product is thawed, the pulp in the refrigerated bag
will last about 15 days (without changing its flavor, smell, or
consistency). - Once the product is thawed and the bag is opened, it will last
up to 4 days in refrigeration.
